Bay Landing Hotel

This hotel is like a timewarp back to 2004, and in the most charming way possible. It reminded me of staying in independent hotels when I was growing up. I was very impressed by almost everything at this property. The building is well kept, and the setting by the bay is beautiful for an airport hotel. Check in was easy and the staff I interacted with were all great. The rooms here are a little tired and dated, but the important items are all taken care of. Everything was spotlessly clean and in working order. The included breakfast is very generous for a hotel of this class, both in terms of selection and operating hours. Free parking was a great value add in this neighborhood. You can tell that this place is lovingly owned and operated.

Awesome hotel! On my trip is has been the most cozy and clean hotel and I loved it here. Just a small suggestion: Invest a couple of dollars into a new webpage, it gives you 90s vibes and isn't really usable on Smartphones

Although the Bay Landing San Francisco Hotel may feel outdated to some, it is well maintained and absolutely worth a stay. The rooms and common areas were exceptionally clean and smelled fresh, the staff were kind and welcoming, and parking is free. A pleasant walking trail is located just behind the hotel. The breakfast features standard options, though it appears that meat is not served on weekdays. However, the breakfast potatoes more than made up for it, they were very flavorful! One suggestion, consider posting the airport shuttle schedule at the reception desk so guests can better plan their transportation.

This is the best hotel to stay at in san francisco! Location is amazing and so are the staff! The breakfast is absolutely amazing in the morning never had a better one elsewhere! It’s wow breakfast (: Also Chris and Monica at the front desk go an extra mile for the guests! Chris was so helpful and so kind to me! So was monica i can tell she likes her job! We are the biggest 49er fans in canada so we came here to cheer our team on. !! Go niners

Yes its dated but that's no biggie. Clean comfortable big rooms hot shower views of the bay great hot breakfast fantastic location friendly competent people ...even arriving at 230a after long flight issues. Add in best value in the vacinity and this might be best one nite stay ever for us

Very pleasantly surprised. Only semi complaint is you might hear soft thuds of the guess above you, so get the top floor. Very clean, piping hot water, WiFi is meh, staff was beyond friendly. Breakfast is very simple but perfect for me. Check out at noon is amazing. Air conditioning will almost shoot out snow! Amazing The price point is just slightly above the budget hotels, so that price range can be sketchy for the Bay Area, but I was 100% satisfied all in all. Will just come here again if I’m ever in the area with a long layover

We stayed two nights while in town. They provided a free shuttle ride from the airport. The room had an amazing view of the bay. They have a free coffee and tea bar downstairs 24 hours/day and free warm breakfast until 10:00 every morning. It was a short walk to the Enterprise to get a rental car that was 30% cheaper than getting one from the airport so if you need a car while in town... There are several restaurants within walking distance. The Benihana was amazing. We saw it from our room window and knew we had to go there for dinner that night. The hallway in the hotel was hot and humid due to lack of ventilation, but the room temperature was nice; the A/C worked well. They did not clean the room during our stay, so that was disappointing, but we could have probably requested it if we really needed to. The bed was comfortable. We had a mini fridge for our water bottles and a microwave was in the room as well. There was a coffee maker, but we chose to go down to the coffee/tea bar instead. The gym was good with another amazing view of the bay out the large windows. Breakfast out on the patio with the views was amazing as well, but you have to use your key on a door that leads through a hallway to go back to the dining room to get more food/drinks or to bring your dishes back in. The shuttle took us back to the airport for our return trip. We were very happy with our stay here despite the hot hallway and no cleaning during our stay. We will definitely stay here again the next time we go to San Francisco to visit with friends.

Super nice hotel and great hot breakfast! Location is great! Shuttle is convenient. Although a little bit outdated but very classic. Highly recommended. It is right on the beach and I even did a morning run! The stay is comfortable and enjoyable. I would come back again if I need a transfer at SFO.
